The Marion Street team is so wonderful to work with. We had them put our basement back together after it flooded and the outcome is even better than we could have expected. Tony and Evan were so responsive and even came over on a weekend when we had an issue we needed their help fixing. Can’t say enough about how great they were to work with. Tony and his team are top notch. Not the cheapest... which, if you're looking for the cheapest, you should expect cheap.  Our kitchen renovation was quite complex, and us as owners are just as complex.  and Marion Street Services satisfied us. Tony was extremely fair... and when our project hit some snags with the village for permitting, he worked relentlessly at solving those issues, and did so successfully. We were looking for a contractor service who was willing to work with us collaboratively through our basement renovation project. Marion Street delivered. Tony and his team were professional, experienced, and accommodating.

I was constantly impressed by the skill that Tony's team brought to the project. They were also flexible on schedule, willing to work around our schedule (including my son's nap time), and were very respectful of our property throughout the project. Highly recommend Marion Street Services.  Tony's team was a pleasure to work with: thorough, thoughtful and talented. The attention to detail and communication was much appreciated. We had them install a master bathroom in our 100+ year old home, as well as retile the existing family bath. The bathrooms turned out magnificent! We had a few other contractors look at the project but we were blown away by how responsiveness and trustworthiness of Tony's crew. They really went above and beyond to make sure all the details looked spectacular and we had everything we needed. I highly recommend Marion Street Services for the quality of their work and their timeliness in a series of interior and exterior projects they have done for us over the past few years. They did a beautiful job restoring our pergola and they reconstructed and enlarged a small roof over our side door, and in both projects their carpenter Jerry showed the highest level of craftsmanship and painstaking attention to detail.  They also oversaw the replacement of two HVAC systems for our home and a couple of smaller maintenance projects in some gutter work and installation of a vent fan in our basement. Finally, they really came through with repairs to the ceiling of our master bedroom after water damage when a tree branch penetrated our roof during a storm.
